If you already have a finished short and mainly want to polish it, compare the caption and cleanup controls you need. If you have a long recording and still need to find the excerpts, test clip selection first. The starting material changes which features matter.

Submagic lists Starter at $19 per member monthly for 15 videos up to two minutes each. Pro is $39 for 40 videos up to five minutes, and Business is $69 for up to 100 videos up to 30 minutes. Clyps now includes optional stock cutaways
Use the clip transcript to request Pexels stock suggestions, or search for a specific image or video. Edit when an insert appears, how it shares the frame, and when the recording returns. The original speech continues underneath. You can remove B-roll entirely if the speaker is the better picture.
Submagic lists standard B-roll on Starter and premium stock on higher plans. If a particular media library matters to your style, inspect it. Clyps stock search uses Pexels and does not generate new video from a prompt.
Test a correction, not only a template
Pick an excerpt with a person's name, a product name, and an important qualification. Correct the transcript, adjust the caption position, and check both the opening and ending. A good-looking caption preset is only one part of a usable edit.
In Clyps you can adjust caption styling and framing before export. A text correction does not replace the recorded speech. Choose an audio-editing workflow if the words themselves need to change.
