Billing, cancellation, and refund information
How to review your Clyps subscription, schedule cancellation, and understand the purchase terms that apply.

Before you subscribe
The Clyps pricing page describes current plans and usage allowances. Review the amount, billing interval, included usage, and any taxes shown during checkout before completing a purchase. The Terms of service apply to paid use.
Do not assume that a tool landing page implies unlimited uploads, a particular processing time, or a different allowance from your selected plan. Check the current plan for the recording work you intend to do.
Manage a subscription
Workspace owners can manage billing through Clyps and the Stripe customer portal. Use the billing controls for the workspace associated with the subscription you want to change. Team membership alone does not establish authority to manage that workspace’s payments.
Review the portal’s confirmation after making a change. Closing a browser, uninstalling an app, or clearing browser cookies is not a subscription-cancellation request.
Scheduled cancellation
A scheduled cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, as described in the Terms of service. Review the effective date shown in the billing portal and retain the confirmation for your records.
Account deletion and subscription management are different operations. Review billing status before requesting account deletion rather than assuming that removing a local file or an app changes a paid subscription.
Refunds and purchase rights
Any refund rights depend on applicable law and the purchase terms shown to you. This page does not create an additional money-back guarantee or a fixed refund window. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
For a billing question, retain the account email, purchase date, and relevant invoice or receipt identifier. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, passwords, or authentication tokens in a support request.
Usage and service outcomes
Processing and export features can fail or require review. Clyps does not promise that every upload produces a particular number of publishable clips or that a clip will receive a particular audience response. Review the current terms and plan allowances when deciding whether the service fits your workflow.
