How can I reach Clyps?

For a product issue, describe what you were trying to do, what happened, the approximate time, and the browser or device involved. Include a project identifier if relevant, but do not make a private video public just to report an issue.
Who operates the service?
ZTABS, doing business as Clyps, operates the Clyps product at clyps.ai. ZTABS is the parent company; Clyps is the product and trading name.

Billing and privacy requests
For billing, include the account email and relevant invoice or receipt identifier. Do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or login codes. A request for a refund is reviewed under the purchase terms and applicable law; this page does not create an additional refund guarantee.
For privacy, identify the Clyps account or data involved and the request you want to make. We may need to verify your relationship to the account before disclosing or changing its data. Account deletion can also be requested through Account settings; an accepted request is not complete until Clyps reports completion.
Content and security concerns
If you need to report content, include the public URL or relevant identifier and explain the issue. Share only the information needed for review. For a suspected account-security issue, describe the behavior without including passwords, tokens, or access links to private media.
